Always have adult supervision
An adult should watch the inflatable any time kids are inside — no exceptions. We recommend grouping kids by similar size and limiting the number jumping at once.
Watch the weather
Inflatables should be evacuated in winds of 15+ mph or during storms. We monitor the forecast for your event date and will reach out if conditions look risky.
Quick ground rules
- No shoes, glasses, or sharp objects inside
- No food, drinks, or gum while jumping
- No flips or rough play
- Keep the entrance clear for safe exits
